Taste the Honey Beekeepers Enjoy

Bees will forage for nectar up to 2 kilometers from their hive. Depending on what is in blossom at the time will determine the type of honey that the bees gather.

Different species of trees and plants produce different tasting honeys.

Each season, eucalypt forests throughout New South Wales are searched for the best location for each species. This process ensures that the purest nectar is sourced for every jar of honey.

When the time is right, beehives are transported to these sites.

The bees then collect and store the honey. When they have gathered sufficient surplus honey it is removed from the hives, extracted and left to settle.

By shifting beehives to new locations throughout the year, the bees are enabled to gather several varieties of nectar. The best of each variety is selected for bottling. Nothing is added to or removed from the honeys.
